President and CEO

Thomas Fairfull

Thomas Fairfull is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a strong focus on green energy and innovative technology. He has served in leadership roles for over 25 years, including more than a decade in the green energy sector. In 2001, he founded a company dedicated to on-board hydrogen generation technology, which has since been adopted in the heavy-trucking industry, showing early vision in the development of sustainable fuel options. By 2004, after raising significant private equity, Fairfull took his company public through a successful IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange, where he assumed the role of President and CEO.

His entrepreneurial accomplishments have been widely recognized; he was named one of Ontario Business Report’s Top 100 Entrepreneurs and was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2004. Notably, he has co-invented technologies such as a portable on-demand hydrogen generator and the KLEENHEATTM system, alongside pioneering a microwave-based tire recycling technology, showcasing his commitment to both innovation and environmental sustainability.

Sam Soliman

Head of Engineering Sam has over 20 years of experience in electrical and electro-mechanical engineering, focusing on emission reduction, building automation, and green energy technology. They bring 10+ years in management across design, feasibility studies, SRED, Euro- Homologation, and ISO 9001.

A co- inventor of the portable hydrogen generator and KLEENHEATTM system, they hold certifications from SAMES and Control System International (CSI).

Kenneth D. Hanna

Ken has 23 years of experience in intellectual property law, formerly serving as Senior Litigation Partner at Ridout & Maybee LLP. They have acted as lead counsel in various IP cases across Federal and Ontario courts and have helped clients navigate regulatory frameworks like the Cannabis Act. Known for supporting start-ups, they routinely assist clients with legal and regulatory challenges in tech fields.

Dr. Colin Carrie

Dr. Colin Carrie was elected to represent Oshawa in Parliament in 2004. During his tenure, he served as Parliamentary Secretary in the portfolios of Industry, Health, and Environment, contributing significantly to projects such as the creation of Rouge National Urban Park-the first national park within a Canadian municipality.

Dr. Carrie founded the Conservative Automotive Caucus and has been a staunch advocate for industrial, trade, and regulatory progress. He also addressed critical social issues, introducing Bill C-461 and co-sponsoring Bill S-224 to combat human trafficking and align Canada’s laws with international standards. His legislative efforts extend to victims’ rights, exemplified by Private Member’s Bill C-320, which seeks transparency and faimess in Canada’s parole system. This bill, currently in the Senate, underscores Colin’s commitment to justice and advocacy for families impacted by crime.

In addition, Dr. Carrie serves on the House of Commons Standing Committees for the Scrutiny of Regulations and the Library of Parliament. He is also a board member at Kleen-hy-dro-gen, promoting transformative clean energy solutions. On April 24, 2024, Colin announced he would not seek re-election in 2025, marking the culmination of a distinguished career.

Johhn Yurkovich

John gained experience as a Project Manager while working for several multi million dollar firms before founding his own Electrical Company ELECTRO WORKS in 1998. Clients commend him for superior relationship management and project management capabilities. He has grown his business consistently year after year expanding from service based to tender and government opportunities.
As the owner of Electro Works John assists clients by identifying potential opportunities for Cost Savings for Property Managers and Owners alike. John has successfully acquired government, educational, marijuana and healthcare clients.

John has and earned his Master Electrician License in 1996. Since then he has created YGC his parent company including several successful corporations including TC Securities Corp, High Tec, Street Works, Body Worxs, Data works, and Yurko construction.
Since then he has also started working through several courses including Auto CAD certification and is actively completing his designation at Durham College.

John has been a member of the Whitby Board of Trade for over 12 years and continues to be actively involved in the community sponsoring local sports teams and offering discounted services for a variety of charities and foundations.

Arthur Crapopoulos

Arthur is a professional Real Estate Broker, a dynamic serial entrepreneur committed to leadership excellence. Arthur is a strategic planner with deep expertise in business cycles and developments.

Arthur is a Broker in Land Developments and an accomplished Commercial/Industrial trader.

Arthur earned multiple accolades along with the prestigious “Champions Award” while holding the position of President of Commercial Trades since 2019 before joining Kleen Hy-Dro-Gen Inc. in 2024. His skill set includes Branding, Talent acquisition, Contract Negotiation, Project and Asset Management.

Alexander Earl Thomas Fairfull

Since graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Business in Computer and Information Systems in 1998, Alexander worked in the Information Technologies field with certifications at Humber College. Alexander also holds his MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certificate while currently continuing in Computer Network Administration.

Jackson is a director and VP Investments at ThreeD, where he focuses on identifying, researching, and meeting with early stage companies in various disruptive industries. He is also a registered Dealer Representative and has a successful track record of raising capital in industries such as mining, fintech, Al, biotechnology and blockchain. Mr. Inwentash has significant capital markets experience; he is an advisor to and a board member of several private and publicly listed companies.
